Greetings! I am exceeding with joy as you grace my webpage with your time, and presence here in this humble corner of the Internet, truly, I appreciate it, very much! I am writing this blog for the purpose to share my ideas, and insights to the world, and hopefully provide inspiration to my fellow aspirants who are endeavoring on this same path. Writing is a natural disposition of mine, I keep a journal, and it has been instrumental in my journey on self-augmentation. Writing allows me to project my thoughts which acts as a beacon in my seemingly directionless seasons, and it brings order in my disarrayed mind, and also as a relief to the stresses that plagues me of a day-to-day life. Note that this my first BLOG. I will be making a separate website for my future BLOG posts.

What would I do if I have the sufficient funds? What would I spend it with?

Depends on what we’re talking here, are we talking about millions? Billions? Well, word of Sages have echoed that there is no certain amount of money that makes someone says their rich, because it is finite, and eventually their wealth will subside, and they will lose their grasp on it through countless ways and means, and it is that truth drives everyone to keep on grinding, worse even work their selves to death. So, what is it with money? It is power. It is the object in which could manifest our desires in reality, it allows us to conduct change, and it transcends us into a state of affluence to influence all that is around us in accordance to our will. So, what would I spend it with? If money is power, then there must be something bound to be greater than it, above it. What is it, then? Knowledge. This notion that “Knowledge is Power” can be traced back to the late 16th century by a work published by Sir Francis Bacon. In his work, he suggested that knowledge is the cornerstone of one’s influence, the ability to conduct change, and being able to cause change is a measurement of power. So, why does knowledge catalyst for power? Well, almost everything around us is a product of knowledge, being able to grasp the knowledge of certain things behave gives the ability to be able to interact with it, and by interacting, we can exert a certain amount of influence and change, and thus power. Now, being knowledgeable means that we can exert control, thus gives us more certainty on how we handle our life. Naturally we fear the unknown, and by harbor much knowledge allows us to predict the outcome of events, and we can even influence event according to our desire to certain extent. And, thus, that is why knowledge is power, because it gives us control, and allows us to illuminate our influence and conduct change.

Now, granted with such money, what would I would I spend it with? Well, I will spend it to something which preserves my power, knowledge. Since money is finite, and will eventually subside, I’ll invest it in the pursuit of knowledge as it will still grant me the certainty of control, it will not subside, it cannot be stolen, it will not rot, and its value is eternal.
